How prep works

You are preparing for the instrument written. Flashcards, practice, a section quiz, a mixed review, then timed sample tests. Then you take the real FAA test! Sign up for the course when you are ready.

Try a question

One instrument written question at a time. Pay to open the full study path.

How does the study path work?

Inside a section the order is flashcards, then practice questions, then a short graded quiz. Missed quiz questions come back as flashcards. Finish the section, and the next one opens. After all sections, you do a mixed review, then timed sample tests. Then you take the real FAA test!

How does this compare with other FAA written prep?

The path is flashcards, practice, a section quiz, a mixed review, then timed sample tests. Then you take the real FAA test!

How much does it cost?

Each written is $49.99 USD.

Are the private, commercial, and instrument writtens the same product?

The private pilot written (PAR), the commercial pilot written (CAX), and the instrument rating airplane written (IRA) are $49.99 each.

Is this the real FAA test?

The FAA does not publish the official test bank. We have generated sample questions to prepare you based on the ACS and the actual testing standards used by the FAA, to simulate the actual exam and create the best conditions to prepare to pass. The sample tests use the look of a testing-center screen so you practice that format. Then you take the real FAA test!
